The official opening ceremony of the Louis Vuitton 37th America’s Cup will take place in Barcelona on August 22, 2024. This will be followed by the final Preliminary Regatta and the Louis Vuitton Cup (the Challenger Selection Series), leading to the Louis Vuitton 37th America’s Cup Match, which begins on October 12, 2024.

In 2023, two Preliminary Regattas were held in Vilanova i la Geltrú and Jeddah, and in August 2024, a third will take place in Barcelona. Since June 2023, the teams have established their bases and have been training in Barcelona.

During this time, the city has been preparing and transforming to host the America’s Cup in the summer of 2024. Especially Port Vell, the old port, and the Olympic Port have been modernized to host the America’s Cup 2024.

The Louis Vuitton 37th America’s Cup consists of five events taking place between August 22 and October 27, 2024, in Barcelona. The race calendar is as follows:

Giant screens will be set up in the fan zones so visitors can follow the races and other events.
