Where Can You Book a Cruise Vacation?

Companies like Holland America, Costa Cruceros, MSC Cruceros, and Royal Caribbean Cruises offer cruise trips from Barcelona. The journey can range from a few days or a week to as long as two weeks and sometimes includes flights.

Barcelona Cruise Terminal

Whether you’re departing from Barcelona or your cruise is arriving in Barcelona, you’ll be at the cruise terminal in the Port of Barcelona.

Where is the Barcelona Cruise Terminal Located?

The cruise port of Barcelona, or the Barcelona Cruise Terminal, is located in Port Vell, the old harbor of Barcelona. Various ships, such as ferries and cruise ships, depart from there.

International cruise ships depart from the Terminal Marítima Internacional, at Moll de Sant Bertran (S), Moll de Drassanes (N), and Moll Adossat (A, B, C, D). For the latter, there is a shuttle bus (T-3 PORTBUS) that takes you from Plaça del Portal de la Pau (next to the Columbus monument) to terminals A, B, C, and D.

How Do You Get to the Cruise Terminal?

The Port Vell harbor area, where most cruise ships and passenger boats depart, is easily accessible by Drassanes metro (L3), buses, and taxis, and is within walking distance of the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The tourist bus also has a stop here. The harbor area is recognizable by the beautiful building of Port de Barcelona and the modern World Trade Center.

If you’re coming to the cruise port from the airport, you can take a taxi or travel with the Aerobús to the city center and then transfer to the green metro line and from the Catalunya metro station to Drassanes (L3).
